This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This is the MOST softest hair I ever had! No smell, little to none shedding, hold a curl and fabulous volume hair. I washed it and conditioning it then braided it till my install today it was absolutely beautiful. I will be purchasing again for sure!!!!! Y’all get this hair you want, guys.
