This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

the wig I received both wigs pretty fast about 3days the quality of the hair is nice...haven't did anything with it yet but it's true to its length and pretty soft I love it. Thank you will be ordering again! Very soon #sorry my phne is full so I can't take any Picts right now
