This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This hair is literally soooo beautiful.. Its soft and silky and the closure looks amazing . Im getting it installed tomorrow but so far im very happy with the hair and theres no shedding. the sellers communication was great and they even gave me a cute little gift. I ordered the hair late monday i believe and it came thursday. so shipping was not an issue so far i give it 5 stars !

I paid about $240 for my last hair purchase through another company and did not want to spend that much again. After much searching and research I decided on this hair and I couldn't be more pleased. I just received it today and as others have said, the shipping was super fast. The hair is sooo soft and there was no smell. I wanted to bleach it so I tested a piece first. It lifted fairly well but the curl did loosen a bit. I may just install as is. But I am certainly pleased so far
