This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I absolutely love this hair omg, the curls are so bouncy and the hair is so soft and full. I ran my fingers through it and there was no shedding. Will recommend everyone to buy this hair.

The hair is super soft and pretty so far minimum shedding. The hair did have a weird smell to it so I did have to wash it, but other then that the hair is great 20,20,20 with a 20in closure. I also used only 2 bundles out of the 3 that I received.

I paid about $240 for my last hair purchase through another company and did not want to spend that much again. After much searching and research I decided on this hair and I couldn't be more pleased. I just received it today and as others have said, the shipping was super fast. The hair is sooo soft and there was no smell. I wanted to bleach it so I tested a piece first. It lifted fairly well but the curl did loosen a bit. I may just install as is. But I am certainly pleased so far
