This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I was skeptical at first about purchasing hair from online but i was absolutely WRONG. The hair is very easy to wash, no smell upon opening, knots are very easy to bleach. I just received it today and as others have said, the shipping was super fast. The hair is sooo soft and there was no smell. I wanted to bleach it so I tested a piece first. It lifted fairly well but the curl did loosen a bit. I may just install as is. But I am certainly pleased so far
