This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

My hair finally came in. It took about 4 days to actually come in. I can say the shipping was very fast also I ordered in inches (18,20,22+18 closure). OMG when I tell y’all this hair is so soft like others have said it really is. The hairs is so full and the hair has a lot of bounce and shine to it. Costumer service is so nice and helpful. Will order again.

I paid about $240 for my last hair purchase through another company and did not want to spend that much again. After much searching and research I decided on this hair and I couldn't be more pleased. I just received it today and as others have said, the shipping was super fast. The hair is sooo soft and there was no smell. I wanted to bleach it so I tested a piece first. It lifted fairly well but the curl did loosen a bit. I may just install as is. But I am certainly pleased so far
