This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

This hair is gorgeous. There is barely any shedding so far, but I will try to update it after I dye the hair. The bundles are thick, the tracks are hella long. In other words, you get plenty of hair for your money. I couldn't find ANYWHERE else with a better deal. I will definitely be shopping here again.
