This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

When the hair came I was really impressed. This is my first time buying with this company and trying this texture. It holds a curl really well and the curl pattern stays the same. I noticed very minimal shedding but overall the hair is A+++++.

It took two weeks for me to get the hair. I called to see why my hair was taking so long for me to get it and was told their busy around this time, which is fine but I wish there was a disclaimer before buying.
Other then that I have nothing bad to say about this hair. I’m 5’4 and the hair stops at the top of my but maybe a little lower. I got a 28, 28, 24, 24 and a 20 inch frontal. The ends were a little dry but after a little Olive oil they popped.
