This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The hair came very quickly, and the package that it was in was very nice. The hair is very smooth. You can run your fingers right through it. I haven’t installed yet but once I do I’ll leave more feedback. They also leave a nice little mirror as a gift, which is different from most vendors.

Hair is soft and beeeeasuutifulll!! The curls are gorgeous.Even I wash it,it still hold the curl!it's very soft and minimal to no shedding after wash .. didn't even have to pluck! The hairline was already pretty natural.I've never been more satisfied. Hair is amazing as usual. I’m never disappointed when i order from Wiggins. Shedding is minimal and it does not tangle! I also love the customer service and my hair came with a little gift from the seller. In the morning I spray the hair with some water and conditioner in a spray bottle and go. This hair has been good and it doesn't get nappy at all.

It took two weeks for me to get the hair. I called to see why my hair was taking so long for me to get it and was told their busy around this time, which is fine but I wish there was a disclaimer before buying.
Other then that I have nothing bad to say about this hair. I’m 5’4 and the hair stops at the top of my but maybe a little lower. I got a 28, 28, 24, 24 and a 20 inch frontal. The ends were a little dry but after a little Olive oil they popped.
