This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I liked that the hair arrived on time as scheduled. I ordered and installed this hair just to switch up my look for work. The curl is a loose deep wave as described. The hair is very soft; does not tangle easily or shed. I would buy again as the hair looks good and is easy to style and maintain.

It took two weeks for me to get the hair. I called to see why my hair was taking so long for me to get it and was told their busy around this time, which is fine but I wish there was a disclaimer before buying.
Other then that I have nothing bad to say about this hair. I’m 5’4 and the hair stops at the top of my but maybe a little lower. I got a 28, 28, 24, 24 and a 20 inch frontal. The ends were a little dry but after a little Olive oil they popped.

It took almost two weeks for me to get my hair. I got in contact to see why it was taking so long and was told their busy this time of the year. That’s fine but it would be nice if there was a disclaimer before you buy the hair that it make take longer then normal shipping (7 days)
Other then that I have nothing bad to say about this hair. It curls good and it’s very soft. The ends were a little dry but after I put a little olive oil on them they started to pop. I’m 5’4 and I got a 28, 28, 24, 24 and a 20 inch closure. The hair stops at the top of my but maybe a little lower.
