This hair is very soft . Really nice feeling and no smell . True to length. Hair came really fast with great customer service. The hair had minimal shedding with barely any strands coming out when I run my fingers through it . Highly recommend this product.

I ordered the hair on a Sunday and received the hair on a Wednesday I believe. I bleached the hair and I only left the bleach in for about 10 minutes and it lifted very quickly. so far so good

It took two weeks for me to get the hair. I called to see why my hair was taking so long for me to get it and was told their busy around this time, which is fine but I wish there was a disclaimer before buying.
Other then that I have nothing bad to say about this hair. I’m 5’4 and the hair stops at the top of my but maybe a little lower. I got a 28, 28, 24, 24 and a 20 inch frontal. The ends were a little dry but after a little Olive oil they popped.
