Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I ordered my hair , lengths 20,22,22 & 18” frontal, on Friday & received it Wednesday . It looked just like the pictures & the customer service was great . I was well updated on the hair care and it’s whereabouts throughout the entire process . I literally just finished making it into a wig so I don’t really have pics yet but I do love the hair! Super bouncy , VERY voluminous . Shedding is minimal and I don’t have a problem with tangling .

Wiggins is my absolute favorite vendor. The hair is always soft. No tangle or shedding and its easy to dye without it getting dried out. I bought the 20 and two 22 inch bundles body wave. It looks very natural for meThe (African Americans) and I receive alot of compliments. My last two bundles lasted 2 years! even through beach and pool water:)
