Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I love this hair! It is thick,very soft, didn't come with a bad smell, and holds curls. Does she'd just a little when brushing but other than that this is the best hair I've had, & the prices are reasonable. Mary kept in touch and kept me updated throughout the entire shipping process. I love this store, will purchase again.

I purchased the hair on a Thurs night, and received it on Tuesday! The shipping was so fast and I couldn’t believe it arrived when it did. The customer service from Mary was above and beyond. She communicated with me in a timely fashion and gave me accurate info. I have not installed yet, but the hair is so silky and doesn’t shed thus far. I will most DEFINITELY be ordering from her store again!!!

Shipping was super fast 3 days , came early in the morning too , havent installed yet but i will leave another review after installing. after all the hair bundles are very preaty, full and thick, for me the three bundles are enough for make into a wig.
