Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

Hair is very soft does have a strong smell to it but after I washed it and condition it it goes away. Hair also came very fast and has no shedding ! And the seller communicates with you along the way.

This is definitely silky beautiful hair that I highly recommend. Arrived very fast( in about 3 says) and It feels so nice. Smooth texture, fingers can run through with no problems. This is good quality hair and I will definitely be ordering more in the future. (This hair dyes really well and doesn’t really come with a smell)
