This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This hair is amazing so far..I've had it for a week now but there was no smell when I opened it. I have dyed the hair jet black and even after that process I haven't experienced any shedding or tangling. The hair is very bouncy and flows great. I will be ordering this hair again.
