This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Very Accurate, everything looks exactly like the picture and true to length. Very soft to the touch this is my second time ordering. My first time was a 16 18 20 with a 16 inch closure the hair is still going strong (I made a wig). This order is for prom and I already know it isn’t going to disappoint.

I ran my fingers through the hair multiple times to see if it will shed and so far so good. Will leave another review after installing. Really happy with my purchase.

Ordered on a Saturday a received on a Thursday so 4 working days. The hair is soft and the wave pattern is perfect. I woke up next to my head wrap and it didn’t tangle. I washed the hair prior install with cold water and conditioner. There customer service is A* u receive a few emails checking your delivery reached you ok and also a how to on looking after the hair.
