Very Accurate, everything looks exactly like the picture and true to length. Very soft to the touch this is my second time ordering. Ordered on a Saturday a received on a Thursday so 4 working days. The hair is soft and the wave pattern is perfect. I woke up next to my head wrap and it didn’t tangle. I washed the hair prior install with cold water and conditioner. There customer service is A* u receive a few emails checking your delivery reached you ok and also a how to on looking after the hair.
