This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I was hesitant about trying this product, due to never ordering hair online. I actually like to inspect, feel, smell, etc before a purchase. My nail tech recommended this particular product so I gave it a try. I've had it installed for a week now and haven't had any issues. I've noticed very minimal shedding, it's easy to manage, and holds curls well. I usually flexi rod and apply a silk bonnet at bedtime. Next morning I run my fingers thru and go!! I highly recommend and will order again!!
