This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I’ve ordered this wig more than once , the sellers communicate very ! I received my wig faster than expected! It take color and heat really well , the only con is after wearing it for a while it sheds a little .

This is really a great wig! my compliments! the colour is wonderful, the hair is soft and awesome. I washed it gently first, but not because it smells not nice. I always do that. the delivery from China to The Netherlands was only 3 days!! very very quick!I I send some picks. for other potential buyers: I have a 14". the length is also beautiful!! thanks and I will definitely order more and tell my friends!!
