Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund
Return For Replacement
Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

The hair came very quickly! When I ordered it, it said that it would take between 7-10 days to arrive after the payment being customized and shipped. Altogether it only took 4 days! Was dispatched the day next day after I ordered it. The sellers communication skills was amazing! After ordering the hair I messaged saying that I needed the hair ASAP because it was for an emergancy and they sent it out to me quickly! Also kept me updated with the tracking details of my parcel. The hair length and thickness is accurate. It’s very bouncy and my fingers run through it smoothly! It doesn’t have a smell or have that ridiculous shinny look. So far so good!
