This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Received my hair in 3 days very very fast shipping. Communication was awesome. When I received hair it smelled good and the texture was soft. I comb and ran my fingers threw the hair and didn't see any shedding. Hair was installed today and it was hand wand. Holds curl awesome and looks good with no shedding.
