This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

this is the only hair i get from internet and it’s so good ! i got 12 14 16 16 inch hair with a 12inch frontal the hair is thick and full and i’ve received a lot of compliments about this hair and it holds curls so good ! i’m going to continue ordering this hair.

The package was very accurate to the description. This is my 1st time ordering hair off line and I’m very satisfied. The hair came in 4 days ,There isn’t any shedding, the hair feels good and soft, not many split ends. I only have a problem with the smell but it’s not heavy it’s really light I didn’t wash it yet cause I’m not installing it yet but I will post my review on how the hair reacts when I wash it and install it.
