Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

This Unit Is So Pretty And Soft! I ordered it Tuesday and it came Friday afternoon. I ordered 26inches, it’s true to length, & there was no smell or hardly any shedding,it's really good.

This hair took exact 3 days to ship, I ordered it Tuesday and got it Thursday. It’s super soft the plucking, it’s beautiful and the curls are sooo pretty especially when wet. Minimum shedding only when you use the wrong comb though. Love this wig.
