Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This is my second order,it's awesome hair. check how I was able to save my first order hair am I died that hair,it did not loose length it was still soft an I had that instal in for 5 weeks. they can get my coin every time an all the time.
