Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

This hair, wow! Amazing! the hair is so soft. Hair is plucked nice already to my likings. There is no bad smell. NO Shedding, Beautiful curl pattern,I washed and conditioned it the curls pooped out like magic !! What I love is that they give free wig caps and lashes with a note, which is lovely. The wig arrived before the estimated delivery date. Seller was prompt and very professional! I will definitely be buying from here again!

This hair is pretty great. I have not dyed it yet but I intend to. I watched some YouTube reviews before I bought it but it does not shed that much at all. It has a lot of body. This is my second time washing it, it is about a week old, and it still moves well.
