Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I seriously love and recommend this hair!! I ordered my hair on Sunday night and asked if I could please get my hair by Friday and customer service worked hard to get my hair to me on time. They were consistently in contact with me and my hair ended up arriving Friday morning. I got the hair 250 density and it is seriously so thick and soft. It’s the best hair I ever got. The hair looks best when it’s wet with moose and a little conditioner applied. Thank you so much wiggins hair!!
