This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I got the hair in 28 28 30 inches .. The hair is nice , it’s soft and true to length . So far so good. The shipping was very fast and when I install the hair I’ll make another review and how well it keeps up a month later , but I would recommend this hair

I had good communication with Mary (best customer service)The hair came in after three days so it was very fast shipping. They hair did come with a slight smell but nothing shampoo cant take away. Running my fingers through the hair I caught a strand or two which is expected because it’s curly hair. Overall I love the hair I’ll update when I finished making my unit.
