Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair is amazing, really soft and bouncy and worth every peny. Has a nice natural color, Some reviews say that the hair has a smell but that's normal for hair which has not been used, the oil and washing the hair would work perfectly for that. Soft, no shedding, no tangling. Will order soon again!
