This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Hair is soft. Sheds in natural form after wash. but full and a lot of luster. once straight and or curled with flexible rods shedding goes done to almost nothing. hair curls nicely and hold curls for days.
