This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I purchased this hair March 9 and I received this hair on March 13th. After Co-Washing the hair and bleaching the knots on the closure the hair was already gorgeous. Since having the hair the hair has been colored and still reverted back to its natural texture.
