This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair is very soft, the curly pattern is cute, it arrives super fast I was so happy that I was able to receive it before my appointment , the seller is so nice and making sure their customers are happy. I will most definitely be ordering hair from this seller in the future .

I’m in love with this hair, this my second time using it. But after that I’ll probably order more. Maybe a different pattern.. it’s easy to maintain this texture when i brush it out.. minimal shedding but is normal and no smell ..I’ll most definitely order from this vendor again

I was really skeptical because the prices were so reasonable, but I stepped out on faith and must say I am not disappointed at all. This vendor definitely communicated during the whole process.
