This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I usually don’t write reviews but this hair is amazing. I have ,16 18 18+16 in my head. You can’t really straighten this hair but the curls are so bouncy and luxurious looking why would u want to! and the delivery is also fast than expected. Will purchase again.

I spent my money and it was worth it. its curly is that’s expected. It is tangle free. No resistance or anything, and I never had shedding.
