Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

It was packaged very nicely.And I do prefer to cut the the very ends of my hair for a more natural length but this hair is true to length and after a wash and conditioning the natural texture of the hair shows respect well.
