I placed my order friday it came monday so A+ on shipping. The hair came with no bad smells at all. It was packaged very nicely.And I do prefer to cut the the very ends of my hair for a more natural length but this hair is true to length and after a wash and conditioning the natural texture of the hair shows respect well. The seller is amazing and very informative and helpful!

Upon delivery my order came with a little cute gift , the hair was very soft. I did dye the hair which it took very well minimum shedding but over all this is the best hair I have received and I will be ordering again
