This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

It was packaged very nicely.And I do prefer to cut the the very ends of my hair for a more natural length but this hair is true to length and after a wash and conditioning the natural texture of the hair shows respect well. Upon delivery my order came with a little cute gift , the hair was very soft.
