Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund
Return For Replacement
Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

Bundles are very soft and very full, minimum shedding. There was no smell when I opened the package, Mary was in contact with me throughout the shipping process and I appreciate that.. It came in less than a week. I made it into a wig, I haven’t installed it yet but I’m sure I’ll love it. (: They even gave me some free lashes with my order. I will be ordering again.
