This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Absolutely gorgeous hair. The package was delivered on time. The hair was true to length. I dyed the hair and it takes well to color. There was a light smell that went away after I washed it. Now all hair shed however this hair had minimum shedding. No tangling and took well to hair products. I will definitely purchase again.
