This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair didn't get tangled when I washed it or mat up. It was soft and blended well with my natural hair. With the right product for curly hair it can be well maintained. I would advise braiding before going to bed to avoid tangling during sleep.And very fast shipping. Love it.
