This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I really like the fact that the frontal is pre-plucked; I anticipated it being super dense because of one review I saw on YouTube and thought I would have to put in work to pluck, but luckily I don’t have to now and it will look more natural on me since it isn’t so thick. They also included a cute gift with my order. Cant wait to install!
