This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

So I received my hair a day earlier than expected. I ordered 3 bundles and an 18” closure in. The hair feels so soft and the bundles feel thick. I ran my fingers through the hair and there was no shedding. There is a slight new hair smell on the hair but that’ll come out once it’s washed. I will come back and review again later once I’ve constructed the wig.
