Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

So this hair has been bae I've washed it wore it no problem! it does not shed like close to nothing. shipping sold me I ordered the hair on Thursday and received it on Monday!!! its honestly really good. the hair like is easy to work with, over all it's the best the sell is very nice.

I am in love with this wig... so let's get started it's soft smells good colors well has not shedded or matted up and I've colored it and washed it 3 times since I've had it. I worn it to bed no bonnet. it's a must have I will be ordering more and so are two of my clients

The hair came in 3 days. The quality of the hair is amazing. It’s super soft and silky. The wig itself isn’t dense but for what it’s worth the quality makes you over look that. The lace front is plucked so it’s already natural looking. So far very minimal shedding and doesn’t tangle at all. Definitely worth buying again.
