Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I have to say it’s the best wig I’ve ever bought. The quality is amazing!! The texture is beautiful and there is no tangling and shedding.It’s also very soft!!! It’s a little smell but acceptable.All in all,it’s definitely worthy buying!!!

Ok so first the seller was great with communication got the hair within 3days no bad smell.... the hair is great I had hair left over from my install an I have had it in for almost a month a little Shedding but not to bad.I would highly recommend.
