Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund
Return For Replacement
Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I am actually loving this hair, its so bomb. It holds its curls so pretty and even fuller after washed and conditioner it. its very nice, I use the argan oil curl activator and some water and it turns out perfect! pretty.

I have a 22inch wig In 180% density 13x6 lace wig . I haven’t seen the wig yet but I saw photos and it’s beautiful . I’ve always loved Wiggins and for they hair , I’ve been ordering from them for the last 6 years my hair always been bomb , hair came in 4 days ordered it the 19th it came today on the 23th.

The hair was shipped very fast and arrived in a timely manner .I was in constant contact with the hair provider and they answered every question I had without hesitation .The hair had an amazing smell and is so soft .I have not experience any tangling or shedding .The hair takes heat very well and is true to length.This is absolutely one of my favorite wigs ,and I will definitely be coming back for more.Also the prices are amazing reasonable.
