This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The hair is great!!! I love it it was so soft and there was no tangles at all. Not frizzy, no shedding and holds a curl for hours. everything was perfect. And the shipping was fast I ordered it on Friday and it came Tuesday. Also I loved the free eyelashes as a gift thanks! Highly recommended !!!!!!!

the hair is VERY full, thick, silky, i love it in all honesty. it took about 4 days to arrive, i’ve had it for maybe 2 and a half weeks. minimal shedding. The baby hairs are the only thing about this hair that’s annoying. They’re cut across the hairline and came past my eyes. I got the 13x6 , 18 inch lace front. I love it !

I ordered 20 inch 130 density and it is so full and soft. Plucked a little bit around the edges, put some foundation on the lace, and the hairline is undetectable. I got my package within three days. The best wig i’ve ordered to date. Curls do not go away after wash, and although there was a slight smell some deep conditioner should help. Thank you wiggins!
