This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

It is a 13 × 6 frontal lace; 20 inches; 180 density! She arrived well packaged with a wig cap and false eyelashes. There was no smell. The hair is soft and smooth, they look good. There's no loss. This hair literally is so incredibly natural looking most people thought it was actually my hair! It has minimal shedding and if you take care of it, it lasts a long time. You have to care for it like would you with your natural hair, so it looks best when its freshly washed and conditioned. Also apply a pea sized amount of oil, a little bit of leave in conditioner, and ecostyler gel for curls that look fresh throughout the day.

I absolutely love this hair! I can put the unit on and walk out of the door! It’s is super soft and the wave are perfect. It doesn’t tangle or shed I didn’t do any customization but the unit still looks great. I normally like the wet look for loose deep hair. But dry it’s gorgeous.
