Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund
Return For Replacement
Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I order this unit on a Saturday and received it the following Wednesday!! Its very soft and still holding up well. The seller was very kind and stayed in communication with me. No weird smell and it’s so soft . Haven’t installed it yet so I’ll leave another review after but so far it’s beautiful

Just got this wig in the mail today and I am in love! I ordered the 24 inch wig and it is very much longer than I expected . The hair is super soft , the wig is full and it fits very comfortably. It came preplucked so it was easier customizing the hairline on the wig to fit mine. It came with wig caps which was a plus. Detangles easy with coconut oil and water mixed or argon oil foam for curls. I am very satisfied with this wig and I will definitely purchase my next one from this seller.

Hair was definitely super soft, definitely worth buying,so nice for the free lashes! Two downfalls would love to have had the lighter wig cap but it’s okay and the thought the length was going to be a bit longer
