This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This hair is so incredible. It looks like the photos. It’s easy to manage. It came very fast. When I opened it, it had no smell and very minimal shedding! It’s soft and full of body. I’m excited to share how this wig holds up. So far it is EXACTLY what the seller describes. Hair is has a natural feel, very little bleaching needed and big head friendly. I cowashed it and it only shed like 2 hairs! This seems to be more than worth the price. My wig got to me in like 3 business days. I’ll be ordering again.

Ok so let me just say I am extremely shocked on how great this hair is. I don’t play when it comes to my hair I have to have the best of the best and this hair is the best! I’ve had my hair for about 3 weeks now and it’s still amazing. The hair came super fast and the communication from the company was great! The hair is extremely soft and it came pre plucked. I did pluck it a little bit of my own and bleach the knots and apply a little bit of makeup to the closure but other than that everything else was fair game! I will be ordering here from now on!!!
