This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

Just received my wig a day early and I am so in love. The hair quality is immaculate! The vendor for this wig is also a doll she stayed in contact with me daily to check on the status of my delivery I definitely recommend this style as well as others from onemorewig !!!! The 6*6 250 density loose deep wave wig was perfect for me as a beginner and it was already preplucked and slightly bleached knots that were easy for me to conceal. The loose waves are beautiful and versatile because I curled it as well. I got my package a day early in excellent condition. Mary was so sweet and answered any questions I had. I will definitely purchase again.

Ok so let me just say I am extremely shocked on how great this hair is. I don’t play when it comes to my hair I have to have the best of the best and this hair is the best! I’ve had my hair for about 3 weeks now and it’s still amazing. The hair came super fast and the communication from the company was great! The hair is extremely soft and it came pre plucked. I did pluck it a little bit of my own and bleach the knots and apply a little bit of makeup to the closure but other than that everything else was fair game! I will be ordering here from now on!!!
