This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This wig is everything! It comes preplucked, the only customisation I made was to bleach the knots, razor cut the baby hairs to my liking and voila! I get a bunch of compliments each time I wear this wig, folks even even think it's my natural hair! The hair is soft and manageable. I have naturally curly hair myself so I know this store is very professional !

Ok so let me just say I am extremely shocked on how great this hair is. I don’t play when it comes to my hair I have to have the best of the best and this hair is the best! I’ve had my hair for about 3 weeks now and it’s still amazing. The hair came super fast and the communication from the company was great! The hair is extremely soft and it came pre plucked. I did pluck it a little bit of my own and bleach the knots and apply a little bit of makeup to the closure but other than that everything else was fair game! I will be ordering here from now on!!!
