This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Received this wig very quick and the seller kept in contact the whole time with updates. Knots are bleached, and it’s pre-plucked but for this price that’s perfectly fine. Hair is soft and has no odor. Will definitely buy from this seller always.

The hair is very soft and full. It has a little smell, but it's not overpowering and easy to fix. I can't wait to style and install. It also came with a wig cap and a small piece of elastic for more security. The shipping was lightening fast. I ordered it on early morning Tuesday and it arrived late Friday evening.

Hair is very nice and soft. Bleached the hair and it’s still carrying good with little to no shedding. Only thing i didn’t like was the unit is big .. I have a small head so be mindful of that when purchasing but overall very satisfied.. shipping was also very fast 3days

This probably my 4th purchase with this vendor and they never fail me. The hair came in under a week. Ordered it on Thursday was delivered on Tuesday but I wasn’t in so it was re delivered the following day with no problems. The hair its self is super soft and long. I will leave another review when i wear the hair properly. But so far so great !!
