This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

The hair feels and looks very good! There is a smell, which I’m sure will come out after a wash. And with running my fingers through it, I’m receiving no tangling. I’m initially satisfied, and I’ll come back with more pictures once I have it installed.

I love the hair. Actually waited to do the review to see how the hair acted and i have very little complaints. The hair barely sheds, and wetting it will fix any problem you have as far as curl failure. Ive gotten soo many compliments. This is worth the price especially if you take care of it. Delivery did take 5 days to because the weekend,.. bt otherthan that i love the hair. Vendor communication was perfect. This is a good buy. Go for it.

Moreover, the hair is true to its length. When opening the package, i did smell something weird but it wasn’t on the hair. So far, very good! Will be doing later reviews after installment! This is my second time trying an Wiggins Hair vendor. My first experience wasn’t nearly as good as this one. Mary was very prompt during each step of the transaction and the hair is beautiful it’s flowwy and doesn’t tangle or shed much the hair is high maintenance and does get dry but as long as you keep it moistured you’re fine.

the hair is very very soft ! when I got it it didn’t have a smell but I also pre washed it. it doesn’t shed & its veryyyy soft ! it didn’t take but about 3 days to come and the vendor communication was great! I would most definitely recommend you to buy this hair ! I will most definitely dye this hair & eventually curl it! I will also purchase hair from this vendor again ! I am a very satisfied customer!!

Wow, I am absolutely stunned by the customer service and quality of the hair.Wiggins Hair Company is VERY accountable when it comes to their customer which is why Im sure each customer receives the same quality of service. My vendor Mary was very helpful, communicative, always kept me posted, and even notified me when my hair arrived at its destination although Ups did so. The curly hair is very easy to maintain I just need use some water to wet it everyday, and no shedding or tangle so far, this is my first time order from vallebest hair, I am sure will order again in future!
